At MAGACANDY, we take pride in the quality of our cotton candy treats and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. You can request a refund any time within 7 days of your receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be sealed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Important:
We do our best to securely package each item. However, contents may settle or melt in transit due to fragility of cotton candy. We recommend choosing priority shipping at checkout. This is unfortunately out of our control so there will be no refunds or replacements regarding settling and melting..

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for open items or custom orders.
